Meas Bunthan aka Mei, member of Big Cell, Division 310, confessed that Nguon, soldier of Regiment 309 of Chhouk Rumduong Office, Kampong Thom Province, Northern Zone, attended the meeting and received Hou Yun's and Khuon's plots to think of credits and ranks. The plots were to promote the cadre within the treacherous line and to infiltrate the traitorous cadre into villages, sub-districts and military lines.
ឈ្មោះមាស ប៊ុនថន ហៅ មី កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះងួន វរសេនាធំ ៣០៩ មន្ទីរឈូករំដួង កំពង់ធំ ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ហ៊ូ យន់ និង ឃួន ឱ្យបំពាក់ទស្សនៈមុខមាត់ បុណ្យសក្ដិឱ្យកម្មាភិបាល តម្លើងថ្នាក់ឱ្យកម្មាភិបាលក្នុងខ្សែក្បត់ បង្កប់កម្មាភិបាលខ្សែក្បត់នៅតាមភូមិ ឃុំ និង ជួរកងទ័ពឱ្យបានច្រើន។
