Long Sam-oeun aka Kun, Chief of State Garment, confessed that Sean, secretary of Rubber Plantation, Ms. Moeun, Chief of Women Group in Region 42, and Chan, secretary of Region 42, were Khuon's close associates and treasonous cadre who implemented the plans to attack the party. In 1973, they asked for a negotiation by means of frightening the people with B-52 jet fighters. After April 17, 1975, they used all means to disrupt the national construction by the party.
