Than had received Mon's letter for two times. Then Than met Khem and Thin and discussed the plan to attack the revolution with them. In July 1976, Than and his networks intentionally fought to get Phnom Penh by asking for the donation from imperialists and Vietnam. Than didn't had the committee's meeting in hospital and kept the hospital having turmoil by provoking patients to have conflict with medical staffs in order to break up the solidarity in hospital. When, medical staffs asked for medicines to cure cadres and combatants in units, Than insufficiently provided them medicines by gaving excuses that the medicines had to be saved, because they were not adequate. Than frequently met his networks and discussed the plan to fight the revolution with them, until he was arrested.
ឈ្មោះថន បានទទួលសំបុត្រពី ម៉ុន ២លើក។ បន្ទាប់មក ថន បាន- ជួប ខែម និង ធិន ពិភាក្សាគ្នាអំពីផែនការវាយបដិវត្ដ។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ ថន និង បក្សពួកមានគំរោងវាយយកភំ្នពេញដោយ សុំជុំនួយពីចក្រពត្ដិ និងយួន។ នៅកុ្នងមនី្ទរពេទ្យ ថន មិនប្រជុំ គណៈកម្មការដោយទុកឱ្យមានសភាពច្របូកច្របល់ អ្នកជម្ងឺទាស់ជាមួយ បុគ្គលិកពេទ្យធ្វើឱ្យបែកបាក់សាមគ្គី។ ពេលបងប្អូនជាពេទ្យតាមអង្គភាព មកស្នើឱ្យបើកថ្នាំយកទៅព្យាបាលកម្មាភិបាលនិងយុទ្ធជនតាមអង្គភាព ថន ផ្ដល់ឱ្យតិចតួចដោយយកឡេះថា សន្សំសំចៃព្រោះថ្នាំពេទ្យមាន តិចតួច។ ថន តែងតែជួបជាមួយបក្ខពួកប្រជុំពិភាក្សាគ្នាពីផែនការ ប្រឆាំងនិងបដិវត្ដជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ រហូតដល់អង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដង។
