Khlok Say, member of External Commercial Garage, conceded that Ngin, Chief of Kampong Som Commerce, was one of the treacherous network. Say was told by Nhem, his superior, while attending the treacherous meeting in May 1975.
ឈ្មោះឃ្លោក សយ សមាជិកយានដ្ឋានពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រទេសបាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះងិន ប្រធានពាណិជ្ជកម្មកំពង់សោម ជាខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ ខ្លួន ព្រោះកាលពីចូលរួមប្រជុំផែនការក្បត់នៅខែ៥-៧៥ ញ៉ែម ជាមេបាននិយាយប្រាប់។
