Mao Phen, soldier of Hospital P-98, confessed that Nut, Chief of O-Svay Village, O-Svay Sub-district, District 42, Region 104, was a revolutionary treasonous network of Thang Deng, Chief of Military Commander in Region 104, Stung Treng Province. Nut assigned sub-district militiamen to go against the revolution by all possible means of pitting sub-district militiamen against village militiamen.
ឈ្មោះម៉ៅ ភេន យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យព-៩៨ បានឆ្លើយថាឈ្មោះ នុត ប្រធានភូមិអូស្វាយ ឃុំអូស្វាយ ស្រុក ៤២ តំបន់ ១០៤ ជាខ្សែរយៈក្បត់បដិវត្ដរបស់ឈ្មោះថង ដែង គណៈបញ្ជាការយោធា តំបន់ ១០៤ ខេត្ដស្ទឹងត្រែង។ នុតបានចាត់តាំងឱ្យឈ្លបឃុំដើរ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដតាមរូបភាពអាចធ្វើទៅបានបង្ករទំនាស់ រវាងឈ្លបឃុំនិងឈ្លបភូមិ។
