Ieng Lan aka Nan, member of Battalion 312, Division 310, confessed that Ngin, Deputy Chief of Northern Zone, attended the meeting and received Khuon's plots to build up the anti-revolutionary forces and to convince the soldiers to defect to the anti-revolutionary soldiers and to allow the enemies to crush the revolutionary forces.
ឈ្មោះ អៀង ឡន ហៅ ណន សមាជិកវរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ងិន អនុប្រធានភូមិភាគឧត្ដរថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ងិន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ឃួន ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចូលខាងទាហាន បំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ បើកដៃឱ្យខ្មាំងវាយកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដន៍។
