Chev Chhon aka Mon admitted that in May 1974 Kim, soldier of division 310 was introduced to join the Free Party by Khuon. At that time, he also convinced Sam to join the Free Party. In February 1975, Kim was assigned to induce cadres and soldiers to abandon the battle front, while being fighting by enemies. In August 1975, Khuon nominated Kim to expand hidden forces of the Free Party in order to attack the Khmer Rouge communist's Party.
ឈ្មោះចេវ ឆុន ហៅ ម៉ុន បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ នៅខែ៥-៧៤ ឈ្មោះគីម នៅកងពល ៣១០ ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះឃួន អប់រំឱ្យចូលបក្សសេរី។ បន្ទាប់មក គីម កសាងបានកម្លាំងម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ សាម។ នៅខែ២-៧៥ គីម ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះឆន, ប៊ន និងខ្លួនណែនាំឱ្យបន្ដសកម្មភាពបំផុសកម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជនឱ្យដកទ័ពរត់ចោលខ្សែ ត្រៀមពេលខ្មាំងវាយបុក។ នៅខែ៨-៧៥ ឈ្មោះឃួន បាន ចាត់តាំង គីមឱ្យទៅបង្កប់ខ្លួនធ្វើសកម្មភាពកសាងកម្លាំងបក្សសេរី ដើម្បីវាយបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដខ្មែរក្រហម។
