ឈ្មោះចែម វ៉ាន់ ហៅ ភិន យុទ្ធជននៅអង្គភាពព-៩៨ បានឆ្លើយ សារភាពថាខ្លួនរួមជាមួយឈ្មោះគុន និងឆន ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការណ៍ ក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះនុត «នុតត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ»។ ផែនការណ៍នេះ គឺផឹកស៊ីសេរី និងលួចថ្នាំពេទ្យ។
