Chea Hoeun, a former professor, was evacuted to live in Baray district, Kampong Thom province. He recruited 5 people called Um Heanh, Ma Rong, Thaong Khan, Bun Than, and Ke Ry, and they then were sent to Mut Sat. Mut Sat was responsible for indoctrinating them. After that, they wrote leaflets and spreaded them in rice planting worksites, destroyed revolutionary-slogan streamers, destroyed cooperative's properties, and found out cadres to kill.
ឈ្មោះជា ហឿង អតីតសាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ ជម្លៀសទៅបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ បានប្រមូលមនុស្ស ៥នាក់គឺ អ៊ុំ ហ៊ាញ, ម៉ា រ៉ុង, ថោង ខន, ប៊ុន ថាន និង កែ រី ហើយប្រគល់ឱ្យឈ្មោះ មុត សាត អប់រំ។ បន្ទាប់មកអ្នកទាំង ៥នាក់បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពដូចជា លួចធ្វើត្រាក់ និងចែកបាចតាមការដ្ឋនស្ទូងស្រូវ កំទេចបដាពាក្យស្លោក បដិវត្ដ បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិសហករណ៍ និងតាមដានរកសម្លាប់ កម្មាភិបាល។
