Yim Vin, a combatant of Division 502, unit 133, confessed that in 1974, Vorng, a combatant of Division 502, joined the meeting and received a plan from Makk Nel, a chief of traitors group to build up traitorous networks, and convinced combatants hidden forces in his unit to expand traitorous networks in cooperatives.
