You Hoeun aka Pheap, soldier of Reussey Keo Energy Section, confessed that he indoctrinated Roeun with the treacherous activities. In February 1976, Roeun attended the meeting and received plans to build up counter-revolutionary forces and to take a free stance. Later on, You Hoeun aka Pheap could not know about Roeun's activities because Roeun had been moved away.
ឈ្មោះ យូ ហឿន ហៅ ភាព យុទ្ធជនឋាមពលបេ្រងឫស្សីកែវបាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ វា អប់រំរឿនឱ្យក្បត់ជាមួយ។ នៅខែ២-៧៦ រឿន បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការកសាងកម្លាំងបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ សេរីពាលា អាវ៉ាសែ។ ក្រោយមក យូ ហឿន ហៅ ភាព ក្ដាប់ សកម្មភាពរបស់ រឿន មិនបានព្រោះមិនដឹងថារឿនផ្លាស់ទៅឯណា។
