Yin Nat, worker of Train Station in Phnom Penh, confessed that Phy Sam-oeun, soldier of Truck Repair at Train Unit, was a CIA agent in 1967. After the liberation, he contacted CIA network with Ieng Seiha and subverted and disrupted the machinery process for two times.
ឈ្មោះ យិន ណាត កម្មកររថភ្លើងនៅភ្នំពេញ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ភី សំអឿន យុទ្ធជនជួសជុលឡាននៅអង្គភាពរថភ្លើង ជាភ្នាក់ងារ សេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៧ ហើយក្រោយថ្ងៃរំដោះបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែសេអ៊ីអា ជាមួយឈ្មោះ អៀង សីហា ហើយបានធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទកម្មបង្អាក់ដំណើរ ការម៉ាស៊ីនចំនួន២ដង។
