Khuon Suy aka Sim didn't admit to the biographies and the activities of Rit, commissioner of political battalion 723, and Mong, deputy chief of of political battalion 727, division 310, but he just mentioned that on January 1, 1975 Rit and Mong received traitorous plan with Pheng to destroy the revolutionary forces in Banteay Ampil battlefield, Northwest zone. Besides, Khuon Suy aka Sim didn't confirm Rit and Mong's activities in detail.
ឈ្មោះ ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម មិនបានបញ្ជាក់អំពីប្រវត្ដិ និង សកម្មភាពរបស់ឈ្មោះ រិត ស្នងការនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ៧២៣ និង ម៉ុង អនុនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ៧២៧ កងពល ៣១០ ទេ តែបាននិយាយថា នៅថ្ងៃទី១-១-១៩៧៥ រិត និង ម៉ុង បានចូល រួមទទួលផែនការណ៍ក្បត់ជាមួយ ផេង គឺកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនៅ សមរភូមិបន្ទាយអំពិល«ពាយ័ព្យ»។ ក្រៅពីនេះ ឃួន ស៊ុយ មិនបាន បញ្ជាក់លំអិតអំពីសកម្មភាពរបស់ រិត និង ម៉ុង ទេ។
