Khuon Suy aka Sim, Deputy Secretary of Battalion 124, Division 310, confessed that Nhep, working in Battalion 112, Run, comrade of Company, Battalion 124, Division 310. Vean nominated Runa and Nhep to ask villagers of Krava, Krava Sub-district, for 1,600 bounches of rice seedlings. But, at the specific date, Vean did not send them to get those seedlings. As a result, 1,600 bunches of the seedling got damage.
ឈ្មោះ ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ញ៉េប វរសេនាតូច ១១២ និង រុន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ វានចាត់តាំងរុននិងញ៉េប ឱ្យទៅទាក់ទងប្រជាជននៅភូមិក្រវ៉ា ឃុំក្រវ៉ា ដើម្បីរកសំណាបឱ្យបាន ៤០ស្លឹកយកមកស្ទូង តែដល់ថ្ងៃ កំណត់វាអត់បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យពីរនាក់នេះទៅយកមកទេគឺធ្វើឱ្យខូច សំណាបប្រជាជនអស់៤០ស្លឹក។
