Vy Voeun, had 7 networks called Chann Binrit, Muon Rem, Torka, Se Min, Se Sambatt, Duong Keo, and U Vann, combatants of Kampong Som railroad repairing unit, who had joined the army in Battambang military strategic training headquarter. Until 1973, they became guerrillas being in hiding at Angkor area. Furthermore, they arrested 20 people and forced them to work as their soldiers in Battambang headquarter. After April 17, 1975, he and former networks hid themselves and carried out activities against the party.
ឈ្មោះ វី វឿត មានបក្សពួក ៧នាក់ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ប៊ិនរិត, មួន រ៉ែម, ទកា, សែ មីន, សែ សំបាត់, ឌួង កែវ និង អ៊ុ វ៉ាន់ ជាយុទ្ធជនជួសជុលផ្លូវរទេះភើ្លងកំពង់សោម បានធ្វើទាហាននៅ បន្ទាយស៊ុបបាត់ដំបង រហូតឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ទើបចូលបង្កប់ខ្លួនជាចោរ ព្រៃនៅមំ្ដុអង្គរនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ អ្នកទាំងនេះ បានដើរចាប់ប្រជាជន ឱ្យធ្វើទាហាននៅបន្ទាយស៊ុបបាត់ដំបង បាន២០នាក់។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ ទី១៧-មេសា-១៩៧៥ ខ្លួន និងខ្សែចាស់ចូលបង្កប់ធ្វើសកម្មភាព ប្រឆាំងបក្ស។
