Vang was a former messenger of logistics transport in special zone. Then [he/her]worked in 50-member cell of land fuel transport unit and received plan from Meun to oppose to the party line by bringing 50 grub-hoes to change for one cow from people living in region 25 in order to kill it for food in Prek Pneou, and causing a tourist van to break down near the stadium.
ឈ្មោះ វ៉ាង នៅកងហាខាងដឹកជញ្ជូនបេ្រងជើងគោក ពីមុនជានិរសារដឹកជញ្ជូនស្បៀងភូមិភាគពិសេស។ ឈ្មោះនេះបាន ទទួលការណែនាំពីឈ្មោះ មឺន ឱ្យប្រឆាំងមាគ៌ាបក្ស ដោយយក ផ្លែចបកាប់ ៥០ផ្លែ ទៅដូរយកគោមួយក្បាលពីប្រជាជននៅតំបន់ ២៥ មកកាប់ស៊ីនៅព្រែកព្នៅ និងធ្វើឱ្យខូចឡានអាកាសចរណ៍ មួយគ្រឿង នៅជិតស្ដាត។
