Sokh Nann, worker of Factory T-4, confessed that Chap Bo worked at Water Works in 1963. In January 1975, he joined the CIA. His activities were that before April 17, 1975, he encouraged students to stage anti-communism demonstration and after April 17, 1975, he incited continuous squabble with the Angkar.
