Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of division 310 group confessed that in 1975, Kol, a member of regiment 12 big cell in division 310 received his secret plot to burn down generators. In 1976, Kol took part in burning down portable radio's spare parts, destroying main equipments, and convincing combatants and cadres to rebel against the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុមនៅកងពល៣១០បាន សារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ កុល សមាជិកកងធំ វរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បានទទួលផែនការណ៍ក្បត់ពីខ្លួន ដុតម៉ាស៊ីនភ្លើង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ កុល ចូលរួមដុតគ្រឿង ជួសជុលតេអូ បន្ទាប់មកទៀតបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈសំខាន់ៗ បំផុសយុទ្ធជន កម្មាភិបាល ឱ្យចូលរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
