Sum Khan aka Voeun confessed that in May 1976, Ham, he along with Ham, Chief of Group of Phsa Thmei, Leat aka Chheng, Oeun, Chief of Small Cell of Phsa Thmei, received Sinuon's plans to steal more medicine for Sinuon. The medicine would be then transferred to Ya, Chief of Cheung Prey District and a White Khmer member in region. In December 1976, the armed fighting would erupt at three targets: 1,at Khmuonh pagoda at Prek Phneou led by Chan, Chief of Battalion; 2, at Chroy Changva and Rorkar Kaong led by Han, [member of]Battalion Politics; 3, at Kilo 6 led by Sinuon and Oeun.
ឈ្មោះ ស៊ុម ខន ហៅ វឿន បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ នៅខែ៥ ឆ្មាំ១៩៧៦ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីស៊ីនួនជាមួយឈ្មោះ ហំ ប្រធានក្រុមនៅផ្សារថ្មី, លាត ហៅ ឆេង, អឿន ប្រធានកងតូច នៅផ្សារថ្មី ឱ្យលួចថ្នាំពេទ្យឱ្យបានច្រើនយកមកឱ្យឈ្មោះ ស៊ីនួន ហើយ ស៊ីនួន យកទៅឱ្យមេឈ្មោះ យ៉ា ជាគណៈស្រុកជើងព្រៃ និងជា មេខ្មែរសនៅតំបន់នោះ។ នៅខែ១២ ឆ្ន្មាំ១៩៧៦ មានផ្ទុះអាវុធ នៅភ្នំពេញមាន៣មុខសញ្ញាៈ ទី១ ចេញពីវត្ដឃ្មួញព្រែកព្នៅដែល ដឹកនាំដោយឈ្មោះ ចន ប្រធានវរសេនាតូច, ទី២ ចេញពីជ្រោយ ចង្វានិងរការកោងដឹកនាំដោយឈ្មោះ ហន នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច និង ទី៣ ចេញពីគីឡូលេខ៦ដឹកនាំដោយ ស៊ីនួន ផ្ទាល់ ឯខាងក្នុង ដឹកនាំដោយអឿន។
