Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that Rong, member of Big Cell, Battalion 132, Regiment 13, Division 310. In mid-May 1976, Oeun and Voeung organized a treacherous meeting to examine the already-expanded forces. At the meeting, Mach reported Rong was the person who could serve the treasonous activities in the future. Ros Seam aka Song did not give an explicit account of Rong.
