Kran, deputy chief of logistical office in division 310, was implicated in Phen Ra and Song's confessions. These confessions mentioned that Kran cooperatively took part in activities of burning down electrical machines and weapon, building up traitorous forces, secretly killing revolutionary cadres and seting up a plan to fight the revolution in early 1977.
