Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of division 310, conceded that in December 1973, Rath raised major plan to assign big expanded forces to fight behind the revolutionary forces toward Kampong Cham province, small expanded forces to attack across the road toward office, and other expanded forces to raise up slogans against the revolution. After that, Rit assigned Prum Phat to expand forces in Saupheas and Prey Kakk, and to get in touch with Lan, Lao, Net, Vann, and Chrorn.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ និរសារកងពល ៣១០ បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ឈ្មោះ រដ្ឋ បានលើកផែនការធំខែ១២-១៩៧៣ ឱ្យកម្លាំងធំវាយពី ក្រោយកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ បញ្ចូលក្រុងកំពង់ចាម ឯកម្លាំងតូចវាយកាត់ តាមផ្លូវមនី្ទរ និងកម្លាំងមួយទៀតលើកពាក្យស្លោកប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ក្រោយមក រិត បានចាត់តាំងខ្លួន«ព្រំ ផាតឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រមូល កម្លាំងនៅសូភាស និងព្រៃកក់ ហើយ រិត បានណែនាំខ្លួន«ព្រំ ផាតឱ្យទាក់ទងឈ្មោះ ឡាន, ឡៅ, ណេត, វ៉ាន់ និង ជ្រន។
