Brei Sraet aka Kham Vatt, 30, Phnorng ethnicity, was born in Soksan Village, Sok San Sub-District, O Reang District, region 105. In 1970, he was a militant in Sok San Village and from 1973 to 1974, he was a Chief of Sok San Village art-performer unit. Between 1974 and 1975, he was a Chief of Economic Unit and Cooperative in Sok San Sub-District. Until August 1977, he was arrested by the Angkar.
ឈ្មោះ ប្រី ស្រើត ហៅ ខាំ វ៉ាត់, អាយុ៣០ឆ្នាំ, ជនជាតិភ្នង កើតនៅភូមិសុកសាន្ដ ឃុំសុកសាន្ដ ស្រុកអូររាំង តំបន់ ១០៥។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ជាយុទ្ធជនឈ្លបភូមិសុកសាន្ដហើយឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣-១៩៧៤ ជាប្រធានសិល្បៈភូមិសុសាន្ដ។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤-១៩៧៥ ជាប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឃុំសុកសាន្ដ ហើយជាប្រធានសហករណ៍សុកសាន្ដ រហូតដល់ខែសីហា ១៩៧៧ ត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន។
