Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that from May 1975 till April 1976, Laut received plots from Say, Chhin and Sang to equip all the Free Khmer members with modern weapons in Division 920, to stir up trouble within soldiers to mobilize forces to join the Free Khmer in preparing for anti-party plan in 1977.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ដល់ ខែ៤-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ឡូត ទៅទទួលផែនការពីសយ, ឈិន និង សាង ឱ្យបំពាក់អាវុធល្អៗដល់ពួកខ្មែរសេរីទាំងអស់នៅកងពល ៩២០ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យទំនាស់គ្នាជាមួយបដិវត្ដដើម្បីប្រមូល កម្លាំងចូលបំរើក្នុងអង្គការខ្មែរសេរីត្រៀមវាយបក្សនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
