Chhay Cheng aka Phatt, soldier of division 502, admitted that he and Lenh, former member of political small unit in division 502, current commander of small unit 3, went to receive plan from Oeun to increase in traitorous forces, to assassinate top cadres of the party, and to plant mines in Pochentong Airport. In 1976, Leng received plan from Vey, top leader, working in regiment, to find the tactics to kill top leading Angkar, and to prepare collecting foodstuff secretly.
ឈ្មោះ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត់ នាទីយុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ បាន និយាយថា វា និងឈ្មោះ ឡេង បញ្ជាការកងតូចទី៣ទៅទទួលផែន ការពី អឿន ឱ្យប្រមូលកំលាំងក្បត់បន្ថែមទៀត លួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាល ធំៗរបស់បក្ស និងយកមីនទៅកប់នៅពោធិចិនតុង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឡេង ទៅទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ វៃ (វ.ធំ)ជាមេធំឱ្យរកយុទ្ធវិធី សម្លាប់អង្គការដឹកនាំធំៗ ប្រមូលស្បៀងទុកមួយកន្លែង។
