Nhim Chhon aka Hang, a Deputy Chief of Security, Region 41 , confessed that Vuth, a Deputy Secretary of Sra Ma sub-district, Cheung Prey district, was traitorous network of Dek. Moreover, Dek had assigned Vuth, and other networks to stir up conflict in cooperatives and military units in order to provoke people, combatants, and Angkar into breaking up internal solidarity.
