Ngan Thon aka Ram, a member of warehouse company confessed that Kay, a militiaman of Trei Nhoeu sub-district, Puork district, region 45, Siem Reap province took part in traitorous activities by stealing ducks in cooperative in order to provide them to his soldiers in Puork headquarter, Siem Reap province. After that, he burnt down two hectars of rice, took part in demonstration, and assassinated two soldiers.
ឈ្មោះ ង៉ាន ថុន ហៅ រ៉ម អនុសេនាធំឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ កយ ឈ្លបឃុំត្រីញឿ ស្រុកពួក តំបន់៤៥ សៀមរាម បាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជាមួយគ្នាដោយទៅលួចទា សហករណ៍យកទៅឱ្យទាហាននៅបន្ទាយពួក សៀមរាប។ បន្ទាប់មកដុតស្រូវអស់ ២ហិចតា ចូលរួមធ្វើបាតុកម្ម សម្លាប់មិត្ដយើងអស់ ២នាក់។
