Proeung and Chan, Chiefs of Stung Village Cooperatives in Kampong Thom province, was a former spy of Tiep Ben, governor of Kampong Thom province. Tiep Ben recommended the two to burrow inside of the revolutionary line and assigned them to be secret agents spying on combatants and persuading people to flee to Kampong Thom provincial town.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រឿង និង ចន ប្រធានសហករណ៍ភូមិស្ទោង កំពង់ធំ ជាគិញចាស់របស់ ទៀប បែន ចៅហ្វាយខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ ទៀប បែន បានណែនាំអ្នកទាំងពីរនាក់នេះឱ្យមកបង្កប់ខ្លួនក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដមាន តួនាទីជាអ្នកយកការណ៍ពីកងទ័ពនិងបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យរត់ចូល ក្រុងកំពង់ធំ។
