Chhao Sokhon, confessed that Reach Phat, as a worker of Phnom Penh train unit, was a CIA agent. In 1970, Reach Phat, worked as commando. After April 17, 1975 Reach Phat, hid himself in train unit so as to destroy the revolution, under the control of Prum Sakun. Reach Phat's real activities was to contact former traitorous networks, to persuade people and workers to disloyal the revolutionary regime, and to build up forces to attack the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ ឆៅ សុខុន បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ រាជ ផាត់ កម្មកររទេះ ភើ្លងភំ្នពេញ និងជាភ្នាក់ងារសេអ៊ីអា។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ រាជ ផាត់ ជាកងកុម្មង់ដូ។ ក្រោយ ១៧-មេសា-១៩៧៥ ចូលបង្កប់ខ្លួនបំផ្លាញ បដិវត្ដន៍កុ្នងអង្គភាពរទះភើ្លងដែលមានឈ្មោះ ព្រំ សាគុណ ជាមេ ក្លោង។ សកម្មភាពជាក់ស្ដែងបានស្រាវជ្រាវភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ចាស់ បំផុសប្រជាជន កម្មករ ឱ្យស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដន៍ និងកសាងកម្លាំង ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍។
