Ke Thao aka Nang, medical person of P-31 Hospital, confessed that Prey Chhor Distict midwife Rum, member of the Central Party, held the post of the Labor Party in Region 43. In October 1976, Rum came to Phnom Penh with Thin, Chief of Prey Chhor District Hospital, and Kim, Chief of Laboratory Office, to keep trace of the treacherous network in the city.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រុម អ្នកបចេ្ចកទេសឆ្មបស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ជាសមាជិកមជ្ឈឹមបក្សរបស់វា ទទួលតំណែងបក្សពលករនៅខាងតំបន់ ៤៣។ នៅខែ១០-៧៦ រុម មកភ្នំពេញជាមួយ ធីន ប្រធានមន្ទីរពេទ្យស្រុកព្រៃឈរនិងគីម ប្រធានមន្ទីរពិសោធន៍ ដើម្បីក្ដាប់សភាពការណ៍ពួកក្បត់នៅទីក្រុង។
