Ke Thao aka Nang, hospital P-31, confessed that Vang, member of Medical Technician in Division 117, was a traitorous network of Chi, chief of Northern Zone Medical Technicians. In 1975, Chi, prepared to introduce Vang, as a member of Cambodian Labour's Party.
