The Russian's plan was to seize Laos and Cambodia to be Indochine federation that was under the control of Vietnam, and intentionally wanted to convince Thailand, Burma, Malaysia, and Singapore to attack Cambodia in order to overthrow China. The names list of CIA forces, who came from the Russia.
