Net Sakun aka Chet, driver of P-310 Hospital, confessed that Chann Than was a Free Khmer network of Hon. Angkar sacked him on charge of having sexual misconduct. With regard to the sacking, Chann Than, who was fear of his treacherous network being leaked, escaped to the East. Ultimately, Eastern security guards made his arrest and was incarcerated at Security Office of Region 22.
