Net Thuk, chief of battalion 312, division 310, confessed that Touch was a tax collector in Phnom Penh's market. Net Thuk and Mach (already arrested)educated and assigned Touch to hide in the unit in order to commit acts against cooperative and gather forces to aid when the rebels in division 310 fired the party. Touch was acting in Kdol village propagandizing people to dissatisfy the revolution.
នេត ធុក ប្រធានមន្ទីរវរៈសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ទូចពីមុនជាអ្នកទារពន្ធនៅផ្សារក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ ខ្លួន និង ម៉ាច«ចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ»អប់រំចាត់តាំងឈ្មោះទូច អោយបង្កប់ខ្លួនធ្វើ សកម្មភាពឃោសនាប្រឆាំងសហករណ៍ និងប្រមូលជាកម្លាំងជំនួយ ក្នុងពេលដែលបក្ខពួកក្បត់នៅ ៣១០ ផ្ទុះអាវុធវាយបក្ស។ ឈ្មោះ ទូច បាននិងកំពុងធ្វើសកម្មភាពនៅភូមិក្ដុល ឃោសនាអោយប្រជាជន ស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ។
