There were a lot of people who constently escaped form Preah Net Preah district, Serey Sophorn district, Sam Rong sub-district and Tean Kam sub-district in region 5, because they were convinced by enemy's propaganda. This report was copied and sent to uncle Nuon, brothers Vann, Khieu, and Nhim as well as the documentation center.
