On 24 September 1977, from 1:00 pm to 12:47 am, 18 heavy airplanes had flown in the height of 9 to 13 kilometres and the speed of 600 to 900 kilometres per hour, from Thailand to Vietnam and from Vietnam to Thailand across Koh Vea and Koh Vey islands.
នៅថ្ងៃទី២៤ វិច្ឆិកា ១៩៧៧ ចាប់ពីម៉ោង១ៈ០០ដល់ម៉ោង១២ៈ៤៧ នាទីយប់ មានយន្ដហោះធុនធំ ១៨គ្រឿង ហោះពីកំពស់៩គ.ម ទៅ ១៣គ.ម ក្នុងល្បឿន៦០០គ.មទៅ៩០០គ.ម ក្នុង១ម៉ោង ហោះពី យួនទៅសៀម និងពីសៀមទៅយួនកាត់តាមកោះវា និងកោះវ៉ៃ។
