In the mid day of April 13, 1978, our soldiers liberated from Tralaong Phos to Tai Ninh regions. On April 14, 1978, we successfully liberated the targets of comrades Pin, Tall and Pon as well as region 24. At that time, the enemies held white flags and asked for the negotiation. The report was copied for uncles Nuon, Vann, Vorn and the documentation office.
នៅថ្ងៃទី១៣-៤-១៩៧៨ ថ្ងៃត្រង់ កងទ័ពយើងបានវាយរំដោះបាន ត្រឡោងផុស និងការពារដល់តៃនិញ។ ថ្ងៃទី១៤-៤-១៩៧៨ ទ័ពយើងបានរំដោះទាំងស្រុងវិញ ហើយនៅមុខព្រួញ ស.ម ពីន ស.ម តាល់ ស.ម ប៉ុន និងតំបន់ ២៤ ខ្មាំងដោតទង់ជ័យស និងអំពាវនាវសុំចរចា។ ចម្លងជូន អ៊ុំនួន, បងវ៉ាន់, បងវន និងមន្ទីរ។
