On November 3, 1977, Vietnamese Deputy Ammbassador had submitted a letter of the Ministry of Foreign Affair to the Ministry of Foreign Affair of Democratic Kampuchea. The negotiation between Vietnamese Deputy Ambassador and comrade Hong had discussed on the issues of land border and islands which invasion had existed.
នៅថ្ងៃទី០៣-១១-៧៧ ភារៈធារីនៃប្រទេសវៀណាម បានប្រគល់ លិខិតរបស់ក្រសួងការបរទេសវៀតណាម ជូនដល់ក្រសួងការបរទេស កម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។ ការជួបចរចារវៀងភារៈធារីវៀតណាមគ្រឹន ស្វីនមុិច និងសមមិត្ដ ហុង បានជជែកពិភាក្សា ពីបញ្ហាព្រំដែនដីគោក និងកោះ ដែលមានបញ្ហាឈ្លានពានគ្នា។
