On March 13, 1978, I had discussed with comrade Nou Hakk Phumsavann on the problem of Vietnamese, who invaded Cambodia and intentionally forced Cambodian to join the Vietnam's Indo-Chinese Union. At that time, he also raised about Laotian standpoint that strongly supported and believed Cambodia. Moreover, Laos and Cambodia had to continue strenghtening our friendship and solidarity more stronger and better. This report was copied and sent to uncle Vann, brother Vorn and documenting office.
នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៣-៣-៧៨ យើងខ្ញុំបានជួបពិភាក្សាជមួយ សមមិត្ដនូហាក់ ភុំសាវ៉ាន់ អំពីបញ្ហាវៀតណាមឈ្លាបពានវាត ទីប៉ុនប៉ងវាយយកកម្ពុជា ចូលសហព័ន្ធណ្ឌូចិនរបស់វៀតណាម។ ពេលនោះដែរសមមិត្ដនូហាក់ ភុំសាវ៉ាន់ បានលើក ឡើងពីជំហររបស់ឡាវគាំទ្រ និងជឿជាក់មកលើកម្ពុជា ហើយពង្រឹងមិត្ដភាព សាមគ្គីភាពរវាងកម្ពុជាឡាវ នៅបន្ដអោយកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងថែមទៀត។ បានចម្លងជូនអ៊ុំ អ៊ុំវ៉ាន់ បងវន និមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
