In July 1, 1976, Loh, Medic of Hospital P-17, reported to Top Siem that Peou, medic of 17 April Hospital, adopted a free stance such as discrediting the Angkar and complaining about working. Top Siem advised Loh and Saroeun to involve Peou in the treachery. Consequently, Peou cooperated with Loh and Saroeun.
នៅថ្ងៃ១-៧-៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ឡោះ យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យព-១៧ បាន រាយការណ៍ឱ្យ តុប សៀម ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ពៅ យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យព-១៧ មេសា សេរីខ្លាំង និយាយវាយប្រហាអង្គការហើយត្អូញត្អែរពីការ ងារ។ តុប សៀម បានណែនាំឱ្យ ឡោះ និង សារឿន ទៅអប់រំ អូសទាញ ពៅ ឱ្យក្បត់។ ក្រោយមកពៅបានចូលរួមក្បត់ជាមួយ ឡោះ និង សារឿន។
