កែវ ហួន កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះវ៉ាន់ សំអុន ប្រធាន ផ្នែកធ្វើផ្លូវរទេះភើ្លងថា បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ណុប ឃឿន ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងបង្កប់កុ្នងរោងចក្រ ឱ្យពង្រីកកម្លាំងតាមស្ថានីយ៍ជនបទ និងឱ្យកំទេចរោងចក្ររទេះភើ្លងនៅថ្ងៃទី១២-៨-១៩៧៦។
