Kaet Min, soldier of regiment 60, confessed to his activities, when he was 14 years old, his father indoctrinated him with anti-communism ideology and encouraged the Free Khmer's regime. And from that time, Kaet Min worked as Free Khmer spy and disguised himself as villagers to spy on the communist activities. In 1971, Kaet Min infiltrated into the revolutionary line so as to expand traitorous forces for fighting back the revolution in the near future.
កើត ម៉ីន នៅកងវរសេនាធំ ៦០ ឆ្លើយពីប្រវត្ដិ សកម្មភាពរបស់ ខ្លួនថាពេលអាយុបាន ១៤ ឆ្នាំ «ពុកបានអប់រំឱ្យប្រឆាំងរបប កុម្មុយនីស្ដ ហើយលើកសរសើរពីរបបខ្មែរសេរី។ ចាប់ពីពេលនោះ មក ម៉ីនបានចូលធ្វើគិញឱ្យខ្មែរសេរី ដើម្បីក្លែងបន្លំខ្លួននៅតាម ប្រជាជន ដើម្បីស៊ើបយកការណ៍ពីសកម្មភាពកុម្មុយនីស្ដ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ បានចូលបង្កប់ខ្លួនកុ្នងជួរបដិវត្ដ ដើម្បីកសាងកម្លាំងកុ្នង ជួរបដិវត្ដ សម្រាប់វាយប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដនៅថ្ងៃអនាគត។
