Kao Yoeun aka At, member of political battalion, division 310, admitted that he and Cheat had received plan from Voeung to burn down rice and rice seedligs, and to stir up the morality problem. Cheat and other networks had devastated 120 bunches of rice seedlings. In June 1976, Cheat received plan from Roeung to destroy state's properties, and to provoke male and female combatants into having sexual intercourse.
កោ យឿន ហៅអាត នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច កងពល៣១០ បាន សារភាពថា ខ្លួននិងឈ្មោះជាតិ បានទទួលផែនការពីវឿង ឱ្យបំផុសពី បញ្ហាសីលធម៌បំផ្លាញស្រូវ សន្ទូង។ ជាតិ និង បក្សពួកបំផ្លាញស្រូវ អស់៣ស្លឹក។ ខែ៦-១៩៧៦ ជាតិទទួលផែនការពីវឿង ម្ដងទៀតឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈរដ្ឋ បំផុសនារីឱ្យខូចសីលធម៌ជាមួយយុទ្ធជន។
