Ke Thao aka Nang, technical chief of medical production, confessed that Brang, chief of military in division, opened a meeting with traitors including Ke Thao. Brang, chairmanship of the meeting, assigned forces to hide in each place and Tun in P-31. In September, 1976, Tun joined a meeting and received traitorous plan from Than. The plan was to organize forces ready for firing and be responsilbe for each target.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសស្លថ្នាំបានសារភាពថា ប្រាង ប្រធានយោធាកងពលបានប្រជុំពួកក្បត់មាន កែ ថោចូលរួម។ ប្រាង ប្រធានអង្គប្រជុំអំពីកម្លាំងក្បត់បង្កប់តាមកន្លែងនានា ឯឈ្មោះទន់ បង្កប់នៅ ព-៣១។ ខែ៩-១៩៧៦ ទន់បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ពី ថនអោយចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងដឹកនាំ ត្រៀមផ្ទុះអាវុធ ត្រៀមចាត់តាំងកម្លាំង ទទួលខុសត្រូវតាមមុខសញ្ញានិមួយៗ។
