Ke Thao aka Nang, medical staff in P-31, confessed that Dim, chief of tank group in division 117, had joined the meeting about the plan to build up traitorous forces, persuade communist forces and liberate Cambodia in October 1973. After the plan to liberate Cambodia failed, Dim instructed his partisans to hide in Cambodian Communist Party in order to build up forces to attack the party.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឌឹម ប្រធានក្រុមយន្ដយុទ្ធ កងពល ១១៧ថា ឌឹមចូលរួមប្រជុំពី ផែនការកសាងទ័ពក្បត់ អូសទាញកម្លាំងកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងផែនការរំដោះ កម្ពុជា នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយពីផែនការរំដោះកម្ពុជា បរាជ័យ ឌឹមបានណែនាំបក្ខពួក អោយចូលរួមបង្កប់ខ្លួនជាមួយ ពួកកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ដើម្បីកសាងកម្លាំងវាយបក្ស។
