Ke Thaong aka Nang, medical staff of hospital P-31, confessed that in August 1973, Chea Nhim aka Khek, member of Kampong Thom agricultural unit, was indoctrinated with the ideology of the Cambodian Wo rker's Party by Lay. Lay attempted to nominate Chea Nhim aka Khek as a member of the Cambodian Worker's Party.
