Aom Set, mechanician in train section, confessed that Thach Dop joined CIA in 1967. In January 1974, Thach Dop received plan from Kiri Phalla to build up CIA, provoke people to dissatisfy with revolutionary regime, search for Khmer Rouge bases, and destroy revolutionary forces by means of prostitution.
អោម សឹត អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីន អង្គភាពរទេះភ្លើង បានសារភាពថា ថាច់ ដុប«ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៧»ចូលសេអ៊ីអារហូត ខែ១ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះនេះបានទទួលផែនការពី គីរីផល្លា អោយកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា បំផុសប្រជាជនអោយស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ តាមដានស្រាវជាវមូលដ្ឋាន ខ្មែរក្រហម ដោយកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ យកកម្លាំងស្រីពេស្យាជាគន្លឹះ។
