Thiem Saran aka Kim, chief of Political Platoon in State commerce at Kilometer 6, confessed that from 1969 to the day of military coup d' état [of Lon Nol], Chhneang, militiaman of Samrong village, O Mlou sub-district, Stung Trang district, was a spy in charge of investigating the Khmer Rouge.
