On 31 October 1977, radar Pochentong and radar Tmart Pong, informed that 14 heavy airplanes had flown in the attitude of 8.5 to 13 kilometer height and in 680 to 1000 kilometer speed per hour, from Vietnam to Thailand and from Thailand to Vietnam across Koh Vea and east of Koh Vai islands.
ថ្ងៃទី៣១-១០-៧៧ នៅរ៉ាដាពោធិចិតុង និងរ៉ាដាត្មាតពង មានយន្ដ ហោះធុនធំ ១៤គ្រឿង ហោះពីកំពស់ ៨,៥គ.មទៅ១៣គ.ម ក្នុង ល្បឿនពី ៦៨០គ.មទៅ១០០០គ.ម ក្នុង១ម៉ោងហោះពីយួនទៅ សៀម និងហោះពីសៀមមកយួន កាត់ពីលើកោះវា និងខាង កើតកោះវ៉ៃ។
