On December 24, 1977 enemies infiltrated to take over the National road 7 from Stoeng village to Memot's market. In the Northern part of the road, they occupied Neang Teut, Khnao, and Cheach villages. Moreover, they burnt down rubbers, collected rice, salt and villagers' properties, and arrested about 200 villagers and people working in mobile unit. During that time, they were forcibly taken off their adresses and cruelly tortured. And, our soldiers lost self control and connection and ran out of ammunition. According to these, [I] would like the Angkar to take measure as actual situation. This report had been copied and sent to uncle Nuon, brothers Vann, Vorn, Khieu, and documentation office.
ថ្ងៃទី ២៤ ពួកខ្មាំងយួនបានវាយចូលមកកាន់កាប់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ៧ តាំងពីភូមិស្ទឹងរហូតដល់ផ្សារមេមត់ នៅខាងជើងផ្លូវវាកាន់កាប់ ភូមិនាងទើតខ្នោ ជាច។ ពួកវាចូលដុតជ័រកៅស៊ូចោល រឹបយកអង្ករ អំបិល អីវ៉ាន់ប្រជាជនជាច្រើន ហើយបានចាប់ប្រជាជន និងកង ចល័តជាង ២០០នាក់ធ្វើបាបយ៉ាងខ្លោចផ្សាណាស់ ដោយសម្រាត សំលៀកបំពាក់អ្នកទាំងនោះអស់ចេញពីខ្លួន។ រីឯកងទ័ពយើងបាត់ ម្ចាស់ការទាក់ទងគ្នាមិនបាន គ្រាប់រំសេវក៏អស់។ សូមអង្គការ ចាត់ចែងតាមសភាពការជាក់ស្ដែង។បានចម្លងជូនអ៊ុំអុំ នួន បងវ៉ាន់ បងវន បងខៀវ និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
